Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is a flat $5 per order. We do not currently offer free shipping or expedited shipping.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Standard transportation time is estimated at 5–8 business days.

The total estimated delivery time, including order processing, is 7–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, inventory availability, or an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when it becomes available. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible at shenmufora@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at shenmufora@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the fulfillment provider or carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
