Refund policy

30-Day Free Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To start a return or exchange, email shenmufora@gmail.com and include your order number, the reason for your request, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Instructions

After your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, the applicable return address, and a prepaid return shipping label. Please return the product with all included components and, when reasonably possible, its original packaging.

Do not send returns to an address shown on a shipping label without first contacting us, as the correct return location may vary.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it is processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are shipped after the returned item is received and inspected, subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at shenmufora@gmail.com. We will attempt to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you may request a return after delivery under this policy.
